Hazel, AppCleaner, and Nektony App Cleaner & Uninstaller are probably your best bets out of the 13 options considered. Most will remove smaller files, such as plists, but leave behind caches, which are much larger. Uninstall file filter is nice but not really necessary when you think about it. That way, anybody can find an app whether in Finder or just plain old alfred searching -> action it -> run the AppDelete script. Very easy to - I think it would be a good idea to add a file action to the workflow. Eriksen's classic AppCleaner extension and now workflow to do this for AppDelete and CleanApp.
